Always happy with the products and they've always arrived on time, this time I was only disappointed by that it was shipped a week after I made the purchase and when I called I was told it was already shipped by a lady who was very professional in her demeanor... it wasn't the delay that disappointed me but the lack of disclosure about that delay so I can plan ahead as I needed my order for the Kaizer Chiefs vs Sundowns game.

Delivery took a little longer than the expected 3–5 days because the name and number had to be printed, but I completely understand, especially since the printing was provided for free.
